Rental Agreement Required: All rentals require a signed rental agreement prior to delivery or pickup.
​
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due prior to the event date.

Rental Period: Rental items are for use during the agreed time only. Late returns may incur additional fees.
​
Damage/Loss Policy: Renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Fees for replacement or repair will apply.
​
Delivery Terms: Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee. Client must be present at the scheduled time to avoid redelivery charges.
​
Booking Changes: Rescheduling is allowed if made in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations within [Insert Timeframe] are non-refundable.
